other programs and none compare with yours. You provide an
amazing amount of information, helps, tips and lesson plans that no
other programs I've seen offer. This is a tremendous help to me. The
best part is my son loves the worksheets. I have no problem
with getting him motivated for reading activities now. His
self-confidence in reading is now soaring. Three months ago he was
so frustrated he was convinced he never would read. Today we
started on some of the second grade worksheets. He flew right
through them and can hardly contain himself because he can read

I just wanted to let you know how your reading techniques
have helped my first graders and their reading. I am following your suggestions and word
lists. They are great! My class is reading much better than this time last year. They
especially like the timed reading of the word lists. The other first grade teachers are
now wanting to use your web site. This is the first time I have ordered anything on the
Internet and have been well pleased with how everything has been handled. I teach at
Oakland Elementary in Oakland, TN. Once again, thank you for all your research on reading.
Yesterday one of my non-readers (there are two) sounded out a word by himself for the
first time and today read an entire sentence. I am using the sound out to the vowel
method.

I teach first grade in South Carolina and tutor several students after
school and in the summer. I loved the first grade files so much I
have also ordered the kindergarten files because I tutor both ages. The
files are just excellent! They are easy to download.
Everything is explained step by step. It is wonderful having all
this reading info right here on my computer!
I plan to use lots of the worksheets and techniques in my first grade
classroom in the fall. My favorite files have been the alphabet
characters and the vowel pictures The artwork is just precious and so
very child appealing! I feel sure you will be quite pleased if you
decide to purchase Tampa Reads reading files. You get TONS of
materials for a very very reasonable price.

Dear TampaReads,
I've written to you before and again I compliment you. This web site needs to be
promoted statewide. I'm doing my part. I have showed your vocabulary lists to 2 schools
and will present it to an area SAC meeting tonight. The two schools have already indicated
they will subscribe to both your kindergarten and first grade files. I fully intend to
spread this to every elementary school in Jacksonville.

Dear TampaReads,
I am a home schooling mother of two. I use the Consonant worksheets with my
preschooler. Her understanding of phonic sounds has blossomed since we have begun using
your worksheets. My 5 year old (she's supposed to be in Kindergarten but is doing First
Grade work) is using the vocabulary lessons as well as the vowel sound worksheets. Her
reading has improved tremendously over the past month. We are seeing success through your
hard work and dedication to excellence in education. My children and I thank you.

Dear TampaReads,
Richard has worked with our daughter Jessica who was being considered for the L.D.
Program at Beachland Elementary. After several weeks of tutoring (using the
methods in this program) we saw tremendous improvement in Jessica's reading skills.
We were notified by her teacher of significant progress in ability and confidence.
We highly and wholeheartedly recommend his program.
Additional Note: When the school retested
Jessica 4 weeks after beginning the reading program - Jessica no longer qualified for the
LD program - her reading scores were too high.
